Import Clearing

Our team can also offer help with clearing your goods at destination as part of our comprehensive door-to-door service.

Import handling & Warehousing

We offer a consolidated service from origin warehouse to the port of destination, and if required to multiple customer/consignee addresses.

Offloading Process

We ensure empty containers are ready at the Container Freight Station (CFS) port of loading by the time the truck arrives, to perform quick and direct cross stuffing from transport container into shipping container.

Stuffing Procedure

Our skilled and experienced team prepares and packs each container with utmost care in CFS at the port of loading. We provide craft to cardboard paper lining, dry bags and fumigation. On request we are also able to bulk, blend, test for moisture and mark the bag.

Documentation Check

Our team of experts will help ensure that your export documentation is in line with the requirements of the destination country prior to shipping.

Delivery to Port of Loading

We offer secure transportation from CFS to port of loading, and provide updates from point to point with live tracking.

Ocean freight

Our teams will analyse your specific routing needs to ensure that we find you the shipping line with the best rate and the shortest transit time.

Survey Report During Loading

If you need extra assurance when engaging with a supplier for the first time, or if your business model requires more control and oversight, we offer the perfect solution. Our loading survey at origin allows us to check the exporter’s premises, the weight of cargo and the quality of the jute bags, and allows us to enforce a “no hook” policy to ensure that your cargo is received in good condition.
